“I used Watershield to rectify a continuing water ingress in a downstairs bedroom area in one of my properties. The job required removal of render at lower level of wall, some floor tiling, removal of door jamb and installation  of Maxseal Foundation to exposed brick work and then make good area to original state including painting.
